A one-week lacrosse camp for boys and girls entering grades 1-12 in the fall of 2010. The mornings consist of instruction on team and position-specific skills. Afternoon games will give players a chance to practice the skills they learn in the mornings.

At MiraCosta College this summer, children enrolled in the "College for Kids and Youth Academy" program will get a taste of higher education in a real collegiate environment. Offered through MiraCosta's Community Services Program, College for Kids provides the fun and adventure of taking high-level enrichment and academic classes for children heading into the second through eighth grades this fall.

Day Camp, serving elementary school aged campers, includes your child being picked up and dropped off at your home and a blend of group activities that explore the wilderness. Campers participate in a variety of hiking adventures, group games, daily swimming, and special events and enjoy opportunities to build self-confidence and create lasting friendships. Staff to camper ratios are at least 1:8.
Senior Outpost is our program for campers entering 6-9th grade, specifically designed for middle-school campers who are ready for the excitement and exploration of a daily travel adventure program. This includes three high adventure programs: rock-climbing, sailing, and high ropes course. In addition to these programs, beach trips, team building activities, swimming, and old-fashioned adventure round out each three week session. Because of the many exciting activities, Senior Outpost is a 5-day per week program only. Senior Outpost campers experience opportunities to learn healthy risk-taking and create lifelong friendships.
All our camps are designed to be "group-centered" camps - meaning that our campers have the same counselor and peer group for the duration of each camp session. Group-centered camping gives children the best opportunity to experience the powerful feeling of belonging, make and keep new friendships, and connect with their counselors.

Pre-Camp is what we like to call the "perfect first camp experience" - created just for 3-5 year olds! Carefully designed by our directors to be a nurturing introductory camp experience, Pre-Camp is full of traditional Outpost fun and adventure! Parent pick up and drop off is 9:30AM to 9:45AM and 1:15PM to 1:30PM everyday. The Gillispie School is located in the village of La Jolla and offers a summer program with a wide range of fun and educational activities. A special summer awaits children in preschool through Grade 4 as they participate in our camp, enrichment options, or academic classes.
