I'm becoming a stay-at-home mom in April and we think so highly of our nanny that we want to help her find the right family to work with. Presently, we are two working parents with two sons (ages 6 and 15 months) and expecting No. 3. Our nanny has been full time with us for a year and it is so sad to think of her not being in our childrens' lives; however, I would love for another work-outside-the-home mom to experience how nice it is to be able to go to work and not have constant worry about her child's care! She is from Mexico City and married with a 4 year old daughter who occasionally comes with her to our house and gets along great with our boys. She has a clean driving record and transportation (she picks up my son from Kindergarten every day). She is extremely dependable (she's NEVER asked for day off or called in sick! In a year!) and punctual. Her English is decent; our boys have actually picked up some Spanish! We live in Del Mar and she is looking for full time work in the North County coastal area (Encinitas/Cardiff to Carmel Valley Road).
