Playgroup Roster

Welcome to our Parent Connection Playgroup roster! This list will be updated monthly so remember to check back often. Playgroups offer friendship, moral support, and a wide variety of activities. Meet other parents who have gone through or are going through the same stages as you and your child. Joining a playgroup is one of the best things parents can do for themselves and their families. Socialization for both you and your child makes the journey through parenthood and childhood even more fun! Playgroups are organized by geographic location and the child’s birthdate. You’ll see that we also have many specialty groups, including food allergies, single parents, language oriented, and working parents. Whatever your needs are, we can help find a group or help you establish a playgroup that will be right for you and your family.

Don’t see a playgroup that meets your needs? Become a Playgroup Captain and you can schedule all the events around your child’s nap schedule. You’ll never miss playgroup again! We’re actively seeking moms, dads, grandparents, and childcare providers to start new playgroups. For those of you who are new members, captaining is easy! The Parent Connection is here to help. We share lots of great ideas for the management of playgroups and activities you’ll experience during your playgroups at the Captain’s Training. Essentially, Captains are the contact person for new members interested in finding a playgroup. While Captains initially set the meeting schedule (you choose the time and place to meet weekly) many groups delegate responsibilities once groups are established.
